The Black Friday Workout is a bit of a tradition here at JillFit. What can I say, except … we like to kick our own asses. Especially after a big meal where we may wake up holding water, puffy, and feeling a little sluggish. There’s no faster way to get you back into fat-burning mode, and get your mind right again than getting it done with a tough workout.
So. Below is your Black Friday workout. At times you’ll get breathless, at times you’ll get burning. You’ll certainly get sweaty, and there’s a good chance you’ll cuss me out. But you definitely won’t be sorry you did it
