Jill Coleman holds a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science, an MS in Human Nutrition and is an ACSM-certified personal trainer. The Fitness Coordinator at Wake Forest University, Jill is also the Director of Instructor Training for the fitness and lifestyle company, Metabolic Effect (ME), a company founded by her husband Jade Teta.
Also a signed fitness model, Jill has appeared in several magazines including national covers of OnFitness Magazine, Fitness & Physique Magazine and Fitness Management, as well as appearances in Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Magazine, Muscle and Fitness HERS, SELF Magazine and Family Circle. Jill also competes in fitness modeling competitons throughout the year. Jill is a contributing fitness writer for OnFitness Magazine, and the highly-visited Metabolic Effect blog, and has been featured as a fitness expert on such outlets as MSN Health, AOL’s That’s Fit and iVillage.
Jill co-authored a series of fitness books call “My Gym Trainer”, featuring take-with-you-to-the-gym workout cards for all fitness levels. Each workout contains both cardio and weights, and is a great DIY fitness solution for people who can’t afford a personal trainer or want trainer-caliber results for a fraction of the cost.
