Pre-Contest

Physique Competitor Nutrition (Bikini/Figure/Fitness)
Option #1: 12-week Basic Nutrition Package
12 week contest prep nutrition package which includes:

  • 12 weeks out diet plan
  • 6 weeks out diet plan
  • 2 weeks out diet plan
  • Last week before show diet plan
  • Supplement counseling

Using email correspondence and pictures taken every 2 weeks (client takes and sends via email), revisions to diet will occur based on progress and the body’s response during the 12-week contest preparation. Email us for more info.

Option #2: Nutrition, Exercise and all the “Extras”
Based on conditioning, clients complete 12, 8, or 4 weeks of contest prep
Package includes:

  • 12 weeks out diet plan
  • 6 weeks out diet plan
  • 2 weeks out diet plan
  • Last week before show diet plan
  • Supplement counseling
  • 12 weeks out exercise plan (weight training and cardio)
  • 4 weeks out exercise plan (weight training and cardio)
  • Last week before show exercise plan (weight training and cardio)
  • 4 in-person posing sessions (or virtual sessions if distance), recommendations and practice
  • Suit consultation
  • Tanning/waxing consultation

Using email correspondence and pictures taken every 2 weeks (client takes and sends via email), revisions to diet and exercise plans will be made based on progress and individual responses to program. This package also includes 4 in-person (or virtual) sessions to learn and practice posing, as well as on-going correspondence. Email us for more info.
