This is a self-
paced course delivered over 4 weeks, breaking
down
actionable strategies to learn mindfulness,
moderation, abundance
around food and how to
trust yourself around any food any time. This is

not a weight loss program or meal plan, it’s a
food relationship course.

#Leanbuilding –
Muscle-Building

Designed to help you build muscle. This is a
hypertrophy (or
muscle-building) program that
utilizes barbells and dumbbells—but
since it was
launched during the pandemic, I included
dumbbell
modifications if you don’t have access
to barbells. It’s 12 weeks’
long and includes three
45-min days and two 15-min days for a total
of 5
days a week total of training. Designed for all
fitness levels.

Sprints + Weight-Training

#Physiquefinishers –
Metcons For Fat Loss

All metabolic conditioning workouts. They’re short (all workouts are
10, 15 or 20 minutes in length) and they’re designed to get you
burning, breathless and losing fat. There’s a 6-week track (all
metabolic conditioning) and a 12-week track (metcons plus heavier,
traditional lifting) and you must have access to at least a set of
dumbbells. All fitness levels will do well, and the goal is fat loss.

#Fastphysique - Physique
Change, Athleticism + Definition

Fast Physique is my most hardcore program I have, designed for
intermediate to advanced exercisers. It’s 9 weeks long, 6 days a
week and 40 minutes a day. The goal is to change the shape of
the body (gain muscle, burn fat, get more definition) using
barbells and dumbbells. Not for beginners.

MM2: Mindset Makeover 2 #Radicalresponsibility – Deeper Inner Work + Deeper Relationships

A 6-week follow-up to the original Mindset Makeover course, we dive deeper into
personal development, using relationships as the teaching tool. This is definitely
my juiciest program, designed to strip you down, question your biggest hurts and
complaints, and detach from the stories you are telling about yourself and others
that just are not true. The goal is to mentally level up and remain steadfast, level-
headed and loving no matter what’s happening around you.
