All metabolic conditioning workouts. They’re short (all workouts are
10, 15 or 20 minutes in length) and they’re designed to get you
burning, breathless and losing fat. There’s a 6-week track (all
metabolic conditioning) and a 12-week track (metcons plus heavier,
traditional lifting) and you must have access to at least a set of
dumbbells. All fitness levels will do well, and the goal is fat loss.
Fast Physique is my most hardcore program I have, designed for
intermediate to advanced exercisers. It’s 9 weeks long, 6 days a
week and 40 minutes a day. The goal is to change the shape of
the body (gain muscle, burn fat, get more definition) using
barbells and dumbbells. Not for beginners.
