Take Your Workout Outside!

Summer is upon us and it’s time to take those workouts outside.  Like many people, I do most of my workouts indoors where I can complete my weight training and cardio efficiently in the same place.  However, during the warmer months I spend Sunday mornings with an awesome group of fellow fitness enthusiasts outside at the track and stadium.  It is such a nice change of pace and a great treat to be able to start the day with an awesome outdoor workout.  There is just something about that crisp (or sometimes muggy) morning air that makes me feel like I started the day off on the right foot!
