- 1/3 cup almond flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ½ cup oats
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Place spoonfuls onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and let sit for 5 mins on sheet.
Remove from sheet and allow to cool on rack.
Makes 12 cake cookies. YUM!
