At Home: Quick Upper Body Workout

During these cold long winter months, it is sometimes a challenge to get to the gym.  But if you have a few sets of dumbbells and a bench or chair, there is no excuse to not get your strength workout in.  Below is a quick at home upper body workout.  Lift heavy enough that the last few reps of each exercise are fairly challenging but as always, modify if needed. Complete each circuit 3 times, moving quickly from one exercise to the next. Rest 60 seconds between each circuit. Quick and efficient. Good luck! :)
