35-min Advanced Treadmill Interval Workout

Over the past few years I have developed a self prescribed case of Cardio ADD.  I used to be a long distance runner slogging on and on for 10 plus miles, but now I get bored on the treadmill if I am not changing things up every couple of minutes.  I enjoy creating workouts that involve a ton of variety to keep my body guessing and my mind attentive! Below is a super intense advanced Cardio Interval Workout that is sure to keep you moving and interested.  If you are just getting started I recommend reducing the speed and incline as necessary to complete the workout safely.  This one should have you breathless and burning!  Let me know how it goes!
