20 Minute Hotel Workout

Recently I was at a conference, and the hotel gym literally had a treadmill and a recumbent bike. That’s it. No weights, barely room to move, the treadmill was actually broken, and the gym was a thousand degrees. Back to the room I went! I put this quickie workout together, and had just as good of a workout with no equipment. This is a great option if you have very little time to get something in, and you can literally do this in your PJs if you need to!

The workout is written below the video:

4 exercises, 10 reps each, circuited until 20 minutes is up:

  • Split Squats off bed/chair – 1o reps each leg
  • Squat Jumps – 10 reps
  • Push-ups – 10 reps
  • Burpees – 10 reps
