30 Min Elliptical Cardio + Lower Body Workout

Yesterday I went to the gym during my lunch break for a short and sweaty cardio and lower body workout.   I decided to mix things up a lot with the elliptical, plyo and a few weights and finished the workout breathless and burning.  I was not looking for a full out lower body weights workout as my legs were fatigued from earlier in the week, but this one hit the spot.  All you need is an elliptical machine, a little bit of space and a bench (sturdy chair or riser will do too).  If the plyo is too much for you then take out the jumping for fast squats and alternating lunges. Remember to rest whenever you need to throughout the workout.  Enjoy!
