The JillFit Coaches have competed in over 50 competitions together, and dozens more by way of clients, in fitness, figure, bikini and fitness modeling categories. This is the culmination of those experiences and prep tools used over the years. This program will be best for a first-time competitor, but any competitor can benefit.  Program narrated via video by Jill Coleman and Jillian Teta.

    DVD #2: Getting Your Mind Right–all about the mental game of competing
    DVD #3: Contest Nutrition Overview, pre-contest nutrition/meal plan for 12 weeks, body type customization, supplement schedule

On-Going Pre-Contest Nutrition + Training Prep Coaching (All-inclusive):
Work directly with your own JillFit Coach to take you all the way to the stage, with this all-inclusive prep package and on-going coaching. Includes:

  • Customized Contest Nutrition Plan for you, adjustments made along the way based on progress, conditioning & individual sensitivities
  • Customized Training Program (Weight training & Cardio) tiered to prepare you for the “stage look”–progresses over the prep period
  • On-Going Consultation with your JillFit Coach, including bi-weekly accountability, measurements, photos, and Q & A (sometimes coaches will require more frequent measurements and photos depending on client)
  • Coaches will also provide answers along the way to questions from clients, via email
  • Supplement schedule based on needs (optional only, but highly recommend for competitors), including natural agents only
  • Guidance with suit selection, tanning, hair, make-up, jewelry, etc–all the “intangibles” for the stage
  • Posing practice, both via the JillFit Posing video & video posing sessions
