4-Week DIY Training Programs

These programs are going into retirement!

JillFit has changed so much over the years — from competition prep to nutrition rules and meal plans to mindset work and body esteem — it’s been amazing! And as JillFit turns 4 years old year, I am taking the opportunity to clear out some of my older training programs that are … well, a little too hardcore for what I currently do and advocate.

These 4 week DIY programs are awesome, but be warned that they are for people who are ready and want to take their fitness to the next level. They are intense workouts that will often take you longer than 30 minutes — so I don’t recommend them for people who are looking for ease and efficiency. For those who want automated workouts, this is not for you. This is for someone who is getting ready to compete or who wants to know what it’s like to get ready for a show.

In a way, that are outdated from my current philosophy, but they are still great programs for the intermediate to advanced exerciser who wants a new challenge. They’re hardcore, and require a gym membership!

4 Weeks to Lean Legs Training:

4 weeks’ worth of lower body training, specifically designed by Jill, to help build lean muscle and burn fat in the glutes, hamstrings, thighs and hips, includes cardio + weight training. No photos included, gym membership required, for intermediate to advanced exercisers.

4 Weeks to Toned Upper Body Training:

4 weeks’ worth of upper body training, specifically designed by Jill, to help build lean muscle and burn fat in the arms, chest, back and core, includes cardio + weight training. No photos included, gym membership required, for intermediate to advanced exercisers.

4 Weeks to Tight Core Training:

4 weeks’ worth of workouts, specifically designed by Jill, to help build lean muscle and burn fat in your middle, includes cardio + weight training. No photos included, gym membership required, for intermediate to advanced exercisers.
