Killer Back & Biceps Workout

Hi guys! I did this back and biceps workout yesterday with my friend Tre and am really feeling it!  If you work out with a buddy you can move through the circuits/switch off easily AND it helps keep you going without day dreaming between exercises or sets :)  I don’t love training these muscle groups but this workout will make you glad you did when you are done.  Here’s to good posture and a slimmer looking waist to go with that V taper!  Hope you enjoy!! ox Emily
