I admit it, I am a sucker for the stepmill or “stepmonster” as we lovingly call it. I don’t know–something about the bad-ass-ness (word?) of it! Only really serious fitness peeps seem to venture onto it (and don’t fall off) :) SO, for all you hard-core interval cardio people, hopefully you will like this little gem. And like I posted in my Day in the Life blog last week, I do a 25-minute Stepmill Interval program 2-3x/week, and here is something similar! Good luck! ox Jill
