Spring is here which means summer is right around the corner. Warmer weather generally means less clothing. Get those legs ready for shorts and skirts with this quick leg workout.
As always weights are approximate. Make sure you have selected a weight that is very challenging by the last few reps. Move quickly from one exercise to the next in a circuit style.
