Ok kids! We have given you a workout for all the other muscle groups, so here is the final one to fill in your collection :) Tara and I have been doing this workout for the last 6 weeks, recording and working our way up on weight throughout. I am a strong believer in progressive resistance in order to make noticeable gains, meaning tracking weight used and adding over time, using the same exercises. For this one, I am putting here the weights that we were using, but feel free to bump them up or down based on your fitness & strength level. Good luck! :)
