Every month, JillFit Physiques features one awesomely fit, healthy and inspirational guy or gal to showcase their hard work and dedication to being a true fitness buff! If you feel like you live the fat loss lifestyle and want to be featured, we want to know you and help spread the word about how awesome you are! Here’s how to enter:

November 2011: Michael Williams

We are pleased to present November 2011’s JillFit Fitness Buff Michael Williams! Michael is a fitness inspiration and has been a huge support for JillFit and Metabolic Effect for a while now! Thanks Michael for your submission, here he is!

About Michael: I grew up being very active, however, only being 4′ 11 , I was basically exempt from such sports as football and basketball. This motivated me to want to be as strong and fit as I possible could.  I began weightlifting in high school but didn’t take it too seriously until my dad passed away at age 60 from poor health habits. At this point I began taking nutrition and fitness more serious than ever. I have been living the fat loss lifestyle for the past four years and I never plan on looking back. I am finishing up a degree in nutrition and exercise science and hope to obtain a few Metabolic Effect Certifications within the next year.

Motivation: Knowing that just by the foods I put into my body, I have complete control over things such as hunger, cravings, and energy levels. Knowing proper nutrition is going to help fuel my workout as well as be able to help me accomplish anything throughout the day. My motivation for training hard is simple, I love the challenge. Your results are a product of your hard work that no one can take away from you. You live longer, you look better, and feel better just by hitting the gym.      

Favorite Eat Clean: Fresh salmon with broccoli or asparagus and a glass of green tea or water.

Favorite Exercise: Lunge-Squat Jump Hybrids with dumbbells. Nothing taxes my entire body like this move.

Favorite Body Part To Train: Chest: I seem to always make consistent gains when training chest. Plus, I’ve always admired guys who have extremely sculpted pecs. :)

October 2011: Linda Stewart

Please welcome Linda Stewart to the JillFit Physiques feature! We were instantly impressed with this grandmother of 2, as she also competes and has taken home some figure hardware! She is a picture of fitness and health, an example of living the fat loss lifestyle. Great job Linda!

I am 51 years old and live in Atascadero, CA. I am a mother of 6 grown children and a grandmother of 2 (one more next year). I was sitting on the couch one day about 12 years ago, watching Oprah and realized I could spend that hour exercising and be healthier and happier. I started walking, then running and then joined a gym. I have run 7 half marathons and just this month competed in my second figure competition. I own a retail business, but also work part-time as a personal trainer. I love helping people realize their fitness potential and achieve their goals.

I am motivated to eat clean and train hard by my desire to live an active, healthy lifestyle and to inspire others.

Favorite Clean Meal: I love my scrambled egg whites with spinach, onions and salsa. When I am not training for a competition I will add some avocado. I also love to saute chicken and broccoli in a little chicken broth and balsamic vinegar, that is my favorite quick meal.

Favorite Body Part to Train: I love squats! Heavy squats in the squat rack, I like the challenge and the power I feel when I go up in weight. And I love working my biceps, because you can see results so quickly.

September 2011: Aneeta Bajwa

We are excited to introduce you to Aneeta Bajwa, who practices the Fat Loss Lifestyle (FLL) as this month’s JillFit Physiques’ featured Fitness Buff! And does this girl have a body!! And she is dedicated to her fitness regimen, eats clean and is constantly striving to get better. Congrats Aneeta! And here she is!

I am 41 years old and was born and raised in England but now live in California. I am a mother of 2 teenage girls. I am a personal trainer, cardio kickbox instructor and life coach, as well have been competing as a figure competitor since 2007.

It is my desire to educate, motivate and inspire people to live a healthy, strong and happy lifestyle, this motivates me to live by example and train hard and eat clean everyday.  It is very important for me to be healthy roll model to my girls

Favorite Clean Meal: A lean turkey burger-protein style with onion and tomato.

Favorite Body Part to Train: I love training the whole body, but my favorite part to train is my shoulders.  I feel strong and get a great pump when training my shoulders, I feel it is my best body part! :)
