This month-long education is all about changing how we think about food, and how we interact with it. The goal is less time and less mental energy spent on food. Sometimes, nutrition can feel like a full-time job. This program is for those women who are sick of the complicated, obsession with food and just want to learn to eat moderately all the time, 365 days a year and maintain their physiques. This is not a weight loss program.
#treadLIFT is my brand new treadmill + dumbbell-based exercise solution to BURN fat, BUILD muscle and BOOST your cardio endurance. Thirty-six workouts, all 30 minutes or less, designed for intermediate to advanced exercisers (can be adjusted for all). Delivered via PDFs, video tutorials, photos for each exercise and info for how to adjust to your fitness level – everything housed in an online membership where you login with a username and password.
This annual live 2-day event will be hosted in the mountains of Asheville, NC September 22-23rd, 2017. The event is designed for health and fitness professionals or enthusiasts to learn everything it takes to create an online business. This flagship mindset course is designed to help women who are ready and willing to take a look at the limiting beliefs and insecurities that have held them hostage in their progress. It touches on perfectionism, feelings of unworthiness and stuck-ness in following fitness and nutrition plans. Over 3000 women have gone through this course over the last 4 years, and it’s become a benchmark in the fitness industry for women who want to address their mindset, not just the nuts and bolts of diet and exercise.
In the Total Training Experience, members train with Jill via the dozens of full-length workout videos, programmed and drip fed over 12 months. In addition, there is on-going coaching via weekly education emails and videos on all things nutrition, mindset, lifestyle, fat loss and food obsession. The most robust training program offered at JillFit, the TTE launches once a year in August.
