How do I know if a nutrition plan is for me?
JillFit Fat Loss Nutrition packages are for individuals who want to lose fat and sustain that loss over time. Depending on where you think you need the most guidance, diet or workouts, should be where you focus your attention.
How do I get started?
- Purchase the package of your choice
- You will receive an email within 24 hours with our assessment questionnaires and further directions
- Once we receive your assessments returned via email, we will connect you with your JillFit Coach who will use your information to put together a unique fat loss nutrition plan for you based on your goals, schedule, individual preferences and sensitivites
- It takes between 3-7 days from this time to get your final program sent to you

How does email correspondence work?
- When you sign up for JillFit’s One-time Customized Fat Loss Nutrition Plan, you will be paired with a JillFit coach in order to design your plan. Upon reception of the plan, clients can follow up with a maximum of 3 email exchanges to make sure all the details are covered and you are off and running.
- Additional coaching and accountability must be done via the On-going Consultation Monthly plan.
- Contact with your coach is by email only
- Coaches will return emails during the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday only
- If you have any questions throughout the process, you can email info@jillfit.com
- As for on-going consultation clients, you have access to your JillFit coach by way of email and questions will be answered within 48 hours via email
