Along with my brilliant friend and trainer, Jen Sinkler, owner of Thrive with Jen Sinkler, I decided to put together an amazing holiday tool kit for you this year with everything you’ll need to not only survive the 2013 holiday season, but actually hit the ground running on January 1st.

I don’t know about you, but arriving at the New Year feeling like a whale stuffed into my clothes does not make me feel good, let alone feel motivated to get down to business.

So Jen and I devised a time-saving system for the month of December so that you can a) spend little time exercising but get the biggest bang for your workout buck, and also b) have tools and tactics you need for navigating the big meals, but still feel satisfied, and not add inches to your waistline.

What’s Included in the 4-Week Holiday Head Start?

  • Jen’s 4-Week Training Program: Every day of December mapped out for you–the only equipment needed is dumbbells and optional kettlebells – includes weight workouts and cardio intervals on a treadmill or outside. All workouts are 30 minutes or less.
  • 3-Day De-Bloat System: JillFit’s patented De-Bloat System, including what to eat, when to eat it and the workouts to do for 3 days to shed 2-5 lbs of water after a big meal. This is not to be used as a weight management system; only as a protocol after those few large starchy, salty meals.
  • Holiday Recipe Booklet: Comprised of 20 fat loss-friendly recipes, recipes are broken down my appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts. Use this to play defense when heading to other people’s parties and events. You bring something you’re sure YOU can eat :)
  • Jill’s 10 Tips for Navigating Big Holiday Meals: Jen and I didn’t want to create generic meal plans for this program because, honestly? Ain’t nobody got time for prepping food during the holidays. We’re all simply doing our best to make the most ideal choices possible wherever we end up. BUT, by using these 10 tips consistently, you’ll do just fine–no inches on the waistline, and feeling satisfied to boot.
